RF SYSTEMS is located in the North East of Italy, 35 km from Vicenza and 60 km from Venice. Established in 1990 by Eng. Patrizio Grando after many years of experience in leading companies in radio frequency technology.

In 1990, year of foundation, RF SYSTEMS designs and manufactures high power air cooled generators of 85 kW.

In 1991 RF SYSTEMS develops a new configuration of electrodes which allows to dry in line yarns and stripes with a speed up to 200 m/mn.

In 1995 RF SYSTEMS has been the first company to design and industrialize ge-nerators of 100 kW with performances superior to those obtained by existing radio frequency dryers on the market. This type of generator is nowadays the most powerful on the market.

In 1998, continuing its politic of development and reinforcing its position on the world market, RF SYSTEMS undertook an important collaboration with FONG’S NATIONAL ENGINEERING of Hong Kong.

FONG’S NATIONAL ENGINEERING nowadays manufactures and sells the equipments of the textile division in Asian market with RF SYSTEMS’s patents.

In 2001 RF SYSTEMS presents in the market a new an innovative type of machine, a radio frequency dryer combined with vacuum in order to dry the most delicate fibres as cashmere (temperature max inside drying gallery 60°C)

In 2003, the continuous research allows RF SYSTEMS to manufacture and start up an innovative plant for the drying of carpeting with the radio frequency system which is unique in the world due to its width of 4,50 m.

Pioneer in the air cooling system for the high power generators, RF SYSTEMS designs and manufactures its own radio frequency generators, cavity type, air or water cooled. The choice between air or water for the cooling of the generator has to be done according to the product to dry, the climatic conditions and the specific necessities of the customer.

RF SYSTEMS is proud of its long experience in both cooling systems.

RF SYSTEMS exports most of its production (90%) and today more than 800 units are operating in 40 countries all over the world. Besides its long experience on radio frequency technologies applied on textile, wooden, food, rubber, latex or plastic industry, RF SYSTEMS is also proud of its innovative technological development on using the vacuum combined with the radio frequency.
